This peom is told in a local Church.
Mary Oliver, you are my favorite poets.
I know that in difficult times one turns to God.
At least I do, and as an American/French/Russian...
Russian Orthodox I used this as a prayer as well. Patrick, I wsnt invite Mary O. to California whenever she wants, to share her poetry with us. A workshop may be. I pray to see this happen. regards... God Bless You.

My copy of Mary Oliver's book has "make", not "made" in the second line. Also there are two blank lines in the text, before "best preacher..." and before "Watch now..."
If you are going to use someone's work, you might at least use it accurately.
