Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - bush christmas
i am looking for the 1983 version with John Howard, and Nicole Kidman as one of the children in it. This one is from 1947. great to think it is still available.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Good little film
I have to warn you, it is NOT very PC (if you care) but it IS a very good little Christmas film very similar to the story, "Ransom of Redchief."

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A Great Movie
I just loved watching the movie. The quality was excellent I grew up with Bush Christmas and as a teacher I used to always read the story to children. Who also loved it.
I understand there has been a more recent version filmed. Is this available through Amazon.com ?
