This poem is amazing. It shows that the real facts of life from the beginning but as a child he didnt understand them until later, when he matured and then respected the cycle of life.

Who ever is doing this poem for GCSE...remember that the first paragraph is about his childhood...and the second paragraph illistrating his older years.. he watned to demostrate that kids often see the 2d nice side of life and how these views change over time...the frogs were a metaphore for these facts
