Maybe is just a problem with my english knowledge but I thought that being still is not to move.
In the poem he says that he likes when she is in silence, not talking (callas).
As if she is dead. He likes her silence because of the pleasure that arises when she breaks it.

This poem makes me think... It makes me want to Dig deep into a soul, attempt to find an answer, a resolution. . .maybe to my own thoughts... bravo!
