I liked this poem.."If you forget me".I love a person who left without a word.Whose frenship I thought was for real.Wasn't able to get over this feeling..but now i can.And I will.If he can forget me,Why can't I?

This is one of the most meanigful poems...Read it tonight @ a Poetry Reading event; felt like the little boats sailing toward our isles of needs. All we need is love...lalalalalalalaaa

BOM, ADORO ESTE POEMA, GOSTO MUITO DE PABLO NERUDO, SEMPRE QUE POSSO ESTOU LENDO ALGUMA OBRA DELE! E ESTE EM ESPECIAL, FOI ME DADO DE PRESENTE EM UMA OCASIÃO ESPECIAL! ELE DESCREVE UMA LINHA TENUE ENTRE AMAR E ODIAR..ENFIM, QUEM NAO ENTENDER ESTA MENSAGEM, DEPOIS DEIXO EM INGLÊS ! ABRAÇO A TODOS QUE POR AQUI PASSAREM !!!

This poem shows that there is a very thin line between love and hate. It also illustrates the denial someone might go through after finding out the person they love doesn't love them the way they want them to.

I believe that God's love and our love of God go hand in hand in this beautiful poem as one love.

I believe that love is a word that is thrown around very often in this day and age. The word love is very special it should be used with extreme caution. Although I feel that this poem represents the word in the true sense of the word.

What a song of love this poem is. Its truly beautiful, the way he speaks of love as a two way street. He describes the passion of love and hate two people can have for eachother. i love it!
