Fantastic poem. I was looking for something to sum up the feel of my mother-in-law's passing, and this was perfect. There is a wonderful ebb and flow to the rhythm, and the starkness of 'She'll never tell me if she cries' is wonderfully balanced with the frost and blue jays etc. Will now go buy a book of Oliver's poems!
