this is a very strange poem! i didnt understand it at all, but i guess it has a very good imagery paragraph cause i can imagine everything on the sea! and about what does the poem is trying to say, i guess it is trying to let us know about how the fish can live on what can not revive (one of the last sentence), all the things that not revive and are around us and illuminating us!!
i can not say too much about this poem because i didnt even uderstand, and the author used a very elegant, nice and strange words.
The last thing that i can say is about the very last sentence i reallyy like this sentence "the sea grows old in it", kind of the sea has experience and it gets old in it.....

I think this poem is good because of its stucture~~
And you can see Marianne Moore used very nice, beautiful words to write this poem.
People can imagine the picture clearly
(i'm glad to see this poem is not related to DEATH!!! ^v^)
