you're thinking of "Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard" by Thomas Gray written which is from the 1700s, this poem is different

Yes!!! I Would really appreciate it if you would right the whole poem on the website. you left out all of the shifts and the most important part, which is the epitaph that is at the end.
