I'm about half way into my 3 week cycle of this series of products. I have to say it has curbed my appetite and has given me some needed energy. I have lost about 12 pounds since starting, and I hope to lose more. I plan to order another cycle to keep the weight loss going.
I will update this review as I go through this diet.

UPDATE: I am almost 3 weeks into the program and I have lost an additional 8 lbs. My total weight lost on this system is now 20lbs. I have to say that I had to give up the coffee while on this, it makes you feel funny. I am ordering a new supply of this system to continue. I'm watching what I am eating and I've started exercising as well.
Update: I am about a year from when I first bought the product and 70 lbs lighter. I haven't been using it continuously but I restock when I feel a plateau in my weightloss. I have the energy to exercise while on this product. I highly recommend it only if you are motivated.

My 2nd order and I am so stoked with the way I look so far. What's great about this is the weight seems to be coming off quickly steadily. I felt slimmer immediately I owe that to the Aquadrene product. I felt a little weak the one time I skipped a meal (my bad, not a smart thing to do). Other than that everyone noticed I look way better, and I won't give up my secret!

I wanted to lose 15 pounds before spring break and I did it less than a month. Not only did I lose the weight but It gave me the motivation to really work out. I have totally toned up and look better than I ever imagined. I gained 3 pounds since I started working out but I am still a size 2 as we all know, muscle is heavier than fat...and as long as I'm a size 2, it's all good!

I am amazed at the results I have achieved taking these 3 products. I don't go by what the scale says because muscle is much heavier than fat. I like to go by the way my clothes fit. My dress size is at a steady decline- I'm down to a size 5 from a size 8 in a month and a half. I am so excited that it has been fairly easy to stick to my diet and exercise routine. Which mainly consists of cutting down on the carbs and making sure I exercise for atleast 30 minutes of some sort of cardio a day. I am also very sure to drink lots of water- it always helps to stay hydrated.
