It is dye free and has a good taste( I mean compare to other medicine and I try everything myself, before I give it to my baby). In my opinion, the berry flavor is much better than bubble gum flavor, my baby didn't like the last one and vomited everything out. Motrin as any other medicine has some side effects like stomach ulcers, ext... so because my baby already has reflux since he was born I try to give this medicine almost right after ... Read More Rating: - Excellent solution for child who won't take medicine! One of my sons has a hard time swallowing pills and can be sensitive to dyes wven in liquid medicines. So this Dye Free version allows him to take ibuprophen when he is ill. A great product!
