I've enjoyed every CD that David Arkenstone has recorded. This latest one is no exception but it is not his best.

i enjoyed this c.d. not as spectacular as atlantis, more laid back and soothing. i own alot of arkenstone's music none of it has ever dissappointed me.
over all a good choice. i'm glad i own it.

David Arkenstone has released many albums throughout his music career. But in the last several years, since Sketches from an American Journey, I have found the more recent ones to be repetitive, the same blends and drones with maybe just a few handful of compositions that are noteworthy. Some Arkenstone fans may disagree with me on that. Loved it! There are other David Arkenstone CDs I like better, but this one is a winner. Listening to Secret on the Moors will give you goose bumps.
Rating:  - Arkenstone's Creative Zest Begins to Wane
No question that David Arkenstone is a pioneer of the New Age melodic fabric. His early recordings carried you on a voyage of discovery. The later recordings had thematic world influences that definitely captured your imagination and were well crafted. I eagerly awaited Echoes but you can pass on this one.
