My husband and I bought this digital frame as a gift for my parents, and they love it! They were so excited about the number of photos that can be loaded and have been showing it off to friends and family who visit. For people who aren't tech savvy, they will need help loading photos onto the memory card that comes out of the box. Rating: - Hands Down, Best Digital Photo Frame EVER!!
To give some background before my review, I must have tried at least a dozen different photo frames in search of the perfect one, but I was never happy with any of them. I would buy one and play around with it, and I would always find something I didn't like and return it. Rating:  - Too Bad It Doesn't Work
The first frame that was delivered was dead on arrival (always shutdown with 20 seconds of being powered up). That frame was returned. The second frame that was delivered stopped the picture show periodically with the error message that it could find no photo files. Rebooting the screen was required to restart the show (or find any pictures). This failure occurred both with SD cards (multiple cards tried) and the internal memory. Here's what I wanted: a digital frame that displayed really nice, high resolution pictures with a frame (border) that would work with my home decor. And that's what this delivers. I can't speak for the sound or video.

Rating: - Nice but defective
This is a very nice looking product with two frames included. Nice features which was what I was looking for. Easy to follow instructions and power on/off on remote allows for wall mounting without problems. Unfortunately it arrive not functioning correctly. Returned when tech support determined it was defective. Looks like a 4-6 week delay to receive a new one, which is very unacceptable for a brand new product. Buyer beware of this product.
