I purchased this mask based on the consumer reviews here at amazon.com. I was not dissapointed! I had bought & returned other masks because frankly, they did not even begin to block the light enough to sleep in my very bright bedroom. From the moment I put this mask on I was transported to the Sleep Zone. It has an almost hypnotic effect on me. It's supremely comfortable - I forget it's even on. Rating: - Very helpful on the airplane
After my last long airplane trip where I couldn't sleep during the trip nor for a week afterward on account of jet lag and not preparing my trip properly (I had an aisle seat instead of a window seat), I spent sleepless hours in the middle of the night scouring the web for a good sleep mask. This one looked the best, it is made in the USA, and on my last plane trip, it worked like a charm.

Finally, a sleep mask that isn't like every other one out there and that's a good thing! I've tried many sleep masks over the years (currently have 4 different ones), searching for the perfect mask. I think my search has finally stopped -- this is the one.

This is the first non-airplane-issue sleep mask I've tried and am completely satisfied. It stays on very well and blocks the light. The best part for me, though, is that it covers the ears and helps block out any sound as well. A quality product.
