Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - DO NOT USE THIS!!!
I received the Norton 360 around March. It has really messed up my computer. If I leave the firewall on, I can't use my internet. I can't schedule a defrag because Norton won't let me. It is really ridiculous!!
I would not recommend this product to anyone!.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Easy to use
Very easy to install and it has held up great so far. Perfect for a computer novice (such as me). But tell me again - why do these softwares have to come in such big boxes???

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Norton thinks users are stupid - they "automated" utilitye
Norton has unilatterally determined that "they know best" and when you try to optimize your disk, it WILL NOT optimize them unless NORTON thinks they need to be optimized. Even 7% fragmentation does not reach the "magic threshold".

It used to take me under a minute to boot up.

Theoretically, I can still use the computer during this time, but opening a browser is a 6 to ... Read More

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - DO NOT BUY IT!
I have been an avid Norton Symantec user for over 13 years. This is the worst product EVER. It slows your system down so much that I had to disable most of the features, which an average user will not know how to do.

My biggest complaint is that once the "virus update" expires.. it renders the entire software useless. I couldn't even go in and make simple changes to the settings, nothing to do with the virus update feature. PLUS A pop-up comes up everyday twice a day begging me to buy ... Read More
