I had a cheaper "star" version of the Phiten necklace and although I wouldn't call it magic it did seem to help muscle pain in the upper body brought on by workouts. All of the MLB Phiten necklaces are the X30 type and I wasn't sure I wanted to wear a baseball team necklace so I was glad I found this version, its the X30, which apparently means is has 30 times more of the titanium in it, but it looked a lot better than the baseball team one.

Rating: - Amazing help for body pains
I have purchased this necklace because of lower back pain and I have to say "It has helped me a lot!" My friends asked me what the heck was what I had on me and I explained them and even made a test to them. Next thing you know they are amazed of the strength they feel and start asking me where did I get it.
I am buying one for my wife as well!!!
