But it does taste pretty bad, even when mixed in with my normal shake, however it does make the entire shake smoother, helping the other chunks dissolve completely. Rating: - As expected.. Good stuff! I looked up the company a while back to see if they were on the up and up, before purchasing. I have multiple supliments from them and all work as advertised. Taking this stuff only works if you're active.
