Hosanah: The answer to my wife's Arthritic hands inability to open jars. Just put opener on top of jar, touch the start button and "bingo" the jar is opened. Finally a gadget that really works.

Rating: - Good but breakable
I bought this item a few months ago and have used it less than a dozen times. It worked great until the last time when one of the jaws broke. No help from the manufacturer's web site or toll free number to get a replacement part. The only response I got was "the manufacturer is in China". Sounded like the guy who answered my call was in India. I'm going to order another one but I woudn't be surprised if that broke eventually. Had 2 of the openers. Both of them broke. One after about 6 openings. The other just after 2. No more.
