Customer Reviews Average Rating: Rating: - Good Power, Cheap String Used the Trimmer a couple times now. As a Trimmer it worked fine, no problems. When I changed it to an edger, the string in the trimmer would not stay feed out. The string kept getting cut down. Its cheap. So, I replaced the string with a commerical grade string that is thicker and now it works OK. If you use a thicker string, you might need to drill a bigger hole in the reel string hole. I contacted customer service about this problem, they told me to contact Amazon. After telling the lady what I thought of there product, I cured my anger by smashing this POS against my garage wall.
