After three phone calls and 2.5 weeks finally was shipped a reader from seller but not the reader advertised. Long hard believer in don't say you got it unless you do and can ship quickly. Card works great in my Kodak Z1485IS. Rating: - awesome card! this card is the deal ! the price is perfect, I use it to capture hd video without any problem Rating: - Fast reads, great capacity, and cheap This is a great card for capacity, price, and read speed, but not a very fast writing card, at least the item I received. It seems like flash memory is very hit or miss these days. It has amazing read performance, often around 20MB/s. Unfortunately, the write speeds (the most important for digital camera usage) are not up to par. When writing to the card, transfers start somewhat slow, 3-4MB/s, and accelerate up to 6-7MB/s (above the Class 6 spec of 6MB/s) after about 10 seconds of writing ... I purchased this for my panasonic lumix tz3, and it works great, Out of the box, into the camera, and I have the capability of 5200 photos at 6mp in 16x9 format. Not to shabby, also around 120 minutes of recording time, a nice plus. I have seen no issues with it's speed or performance in comparison to my 4gb transcend card I have. Currently recommend this to anyone looking for a good value. Rating: - Speed lower than advertised... It could not keep up with recording HD material on my Panasonic Lumix TZ5 digital camera....
