LUSH founder Mark Constantine has been making hair products with natural ingredients since his hair was brown. Once his plentiful locks turned a distinguished grey, he decided to create a special shampoo for himself and share it with everyone with grey or blonde hair.

For all fans of Lush's bubble bar, Bathos, this shampoo has the same intoxicating violet scent. For those not familiar, this shampoo has one of the sexiest, purple-est scents I've ever smelled in a shampoo (or just about anywhere else). The scent is violets, deepened by clove and some other complementary notes, and the result is beautiful. The shampoo itself is also a deep, dark, purple, which creates an amusingly hot pink lather. If you ever wondered what it would be like to wander in a field of violets, then this shampoo gives a lush interpretation of what it would be like to walk through one of Raymond Gehman's photographs.
The deep purple color is remnicent of crushed blackberries and the scent is a mingling of lemon, coconut, Bergamot and violets.
