New house, new grill. It really is exceptional. This is our first long-term investment grill, and, now that I see the build quality, I realize how stupid it was to buy a $100 grill every three or four years like I had. This has a higher initial price, but it's the first grill I've ever had that has reached and maintained a constant temperature and cooked consistently. For my family of four. This grill has been outstanding. It was easy to assemble and has preform GREAT! I'm very happy I bought this beauty.

Took less than an hour to set up. Solid product, looks great, not "tinny" nor "tiny" heavy rock solid construction.
Heats up very fast - to 450 degrees within 1 minute. 550 degrees in another 30 seconds. -wow!!!!!!!!!

Rating:  - Outdoor oven--not a grill
This product was easy to assemble and is easy to use. It lights first time, every time. Heat is easy to control. The elevated rack is great for finishing small steaks after they have been seared. However, unlike gas grills that use lava rocks, this one gives foods no grilled, smoky flavor whatsoever. It's an outdoor oven, not really a grill. A grill pan on the stove is a much less expensive option. That said, I do plan to make the best of it and get the griddle inserts to "grill" pizzas outside.

I've been very pleased with Weber and their high quality products. This Q320 is no exception. Before I ordered this grill I've owned two Weber charcoal and one Q100 gas grill. Grilling on them has been a real pleasure. This Q320 offers more cooking space than my previous grills taking up a small amount of physical space. The Q320 gets up to temperature very fast. Assembly was very simple just using a screwdriver, and hammer. You will never be disappointed grilling on a Weber.
