I received a different purse from Purses Boutique as a gift that I didn't like and exchanged it for this one. The customer service was great as far as doing an exchange that was a bit complicated. I'm happy with this bag, it is the size and look that I wanted. I feel for the price its a great bag and I will get as much use out of it as I can. I bought this bag because it looked so cool online,but when I got it I loved it even more. Red is the color I chose and it will be perfect for the holidays. It is casual enough to carry everyday, but the bow dresses it up so that I could carry for dressy occasions. I like to change out my bags every month so the price is right. I have carried many expensive bags, but this one is far better in style than any of those designer bags I have used. Buy this bag-you will be pleasantly surprised!

The quaility of the purse was not what I expected so I sent it back and the customer service was great, no problems.
