There is little of anything else in the preserves. Fresh fruit, cane sugar and citric acid (lemon juice) are the only ingredients. Try them. We know youll love them. We warn you though. You might wind up in front of the TV with a spoon and a jar. Better get two to make sure you have enough to slather onto good quality bread for breakfast. They also make great gifts.
