However, I downloaded it onto my system with windows vista and it won't let me uninstall. There was a new install to upgrade from windows xp that it came with and it keeps coming up with you can't uninstall missing 2 exe files. So now I'm stuck with a version that doesn't work. Took the whole program files out and off computer and I don't know how to get it off my computer to get the new version to download. Support ... Read More Rating: - VERY REGRETFUL The driver came with the product is not for Window Vista, that's why I think the system requirement info on the website is a little tricky. It took me a while to locate and download the driver from the manufacturer's website which is very user unfriendly. I am an advance computer user over 15 years. Once it is installed, I found the image is extremely dark and blurr. The len is not as wide angle as it said. I was too daring to try a product without a review and I feel deeply regret.
