Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - worthless
did not like this at all. its in the trash or something. get the dr. something or other one at target or CVS. A million times better.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - ok but could be better
I got this grind guard and fitted it to my mouth. I have tried to trim it and it still makes me gag. It's bulky in my mouth and I can't seem to get it to fit right. I tried to save some money but this is not working for me at all. I still will use it until I can find something better.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - It really works!
I got this a few days ago and i love it. The instructions are very clear. I had to do it two times because the first time it didn't work. The second time i got a tight fit. It feels almost like braces or something.
