I live in VERY sunny Colorado and this has not faded or cracked after one summer of use, unlike the swings that came with his set (i will update how it holds up over the winter). Rating: - Terrible Customer Service for Rusty Swing We have had this swing less than 2 months and all the metal components are covered in rust. It is advertised as an outdoor swing. I called playkids customer service and they were nest to useless. They expect you to jump through hoops to get the problem fixed. Other reviewers of the company made the same type of complaint. Beware of Playkids. Customer service is terrible. Rating: - Granddaughter loves it! I purchased this swing after a visit to our local playground. The playground had these swings, and my granddaughter loved swinging in it. She was 15 months old at the time and felt very secure in the swing. We are getting a lot of use out of it!
