I have been known to eat candy bars for either breakfast, lunch, or both. These nutrition bars satisfy that need in me without giving me the "falloff" that candy bars do; besides, these are only 210 calories. Like I said in my title, I used to think they 9BALANCE) REALLY had the market wrapped up in the flavor department, on those Gold Caramel bars that kind of tasted like a snickers bar, then I read the reviews for these & decided to give them a try as I was kind of getting tired of the same bars ( I bought 10 cases of the gold caramel ones, as I have 7 kids & IF I hoped to have a few when I wanted them I had to buy "extra" to share, when they did the puppy dog eyes at me as I nibbled my bar with ... Read More Rating: - Kids love these My kids love these! They provide a good amount of protein, and even though still a lot of sugar, it's less than most other protein bars. I like the fact that there is "whole" food in the bar like almonds. Rating: - Nice but not great These bars are good, but I prefer the Trail Mix variety -- the darker chocolate on those plus the chips leads to a more flavorful mix. Rating: - Delicious Nutrition Bar You cannot start to compare the taste of this nutrition bar against others.
