Rating: - Overall good value...but lacks one feature
Kettle surface stays clean and high volume is a bonus. Protected element is essential for the water we have to prevent scaling. Does not have a light to indicate when on so you can't be across the room to see when it is done. Otherwise good buy.
Rating:  - Works well, some design flaws
This pot heats water quickly and is easy to pour; you don't have to fuss with trying to align it on the base.
Downside: lid is a little awkward to remove and replace (would have been better to hinge it) and the exterior of the pot and lid become quite hot to the touch.
For the price, and compared to others I've had in the same price range, a pretty good kettle.
Rating: - A great kettle for a good price
I purchased this to put on my desk at work so I didn't have to keep heating up water in a communal microwave in order to make tea. It's a tad slow to boil and the cord is a little short, but aside from that it's very nice. The flavor of the water is great (even cold), and, unless you have a hard time carrying a gallon of milk, it's not too heavy even when full. Works great and has a large capacity. I love it!
(All metal inside is what I always wanted for health reasons, so it is exactly what I wanted)
Rating: - Okay for Tea Drinker
I looked at many electric tea kettles before purchasing this one. My intention was to find a fast way to brew tea without using my gas stove. I also wanted to avoid plastic, and this was attractive because the pot is stainless and the heat element is under the stainless and doesn't come in direct contact with the water. Alas the water level is plastic, too bad, could easily do without that level if there were level lines inside the pot.
