Rating: - Great tasting and natural
My doctor recommended using protein powder since I eat little meat and am very active - distance running and cycling. I chose this one because it is natural and I heard good things about the taste. They were right about the taste - I prefer the vanilla. I usually mix it with nonfat milk and just shake it up. Excellent.
Rating: - Good Stuff
This whey protein is 100% natural and that is always a plus. When I first tried it, I tried it with a cup of warm water and lets just say that was a sacrifice to drink it all. Then I tried it with a cold cup of water and that was slightly better but I had to really force myself to drink it since it does not taste that good.

Rating: - Great tasting natural whey
Great product and a pretty good value. I ordered the chocolate flavor and it tastes great while contains no artificial additives and no sugar. Powder mixes fairly easily in a shaker bottle - 20 sec shake leaves no clumps. Highly recommended.

I've consumed Optimum Nutrition products for years now. Since I take one or 2 servings daily of the 100% Whey Protein, it's important for me to consume a product with the least amount of artificial ingredients, and this one fits the bill.

I have tried several different types of Whey Isolate. As far as taste, this is clearly the best. Very clean, w/o that chalky after-taste. Best of all, it's "natural". If you're gonna be healthy, workout, eat right and take the appropriate supplements to maximize your training . . . then you should be careful about what you put into your body.
