This radio had everything I wanted, AM and FM preset stations and an MP3 player input. It also has many other features including a remote which has come in handy. It's only problem is a display that is difficult to see in any light situation and it's unchangable.


Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Unreadable display/outdoor temperature inaccurate
The backlight on the display is not adjustable and its too bright. Unless you're standing less than 12" away from it, forget about telling what time it is....which is somewhat annoying. I could not get the outdoor temperature to sync with the unit so its a constant -30 outside. Luckily the outdoor temp is read via a unit with its own display, which wirelessly relays the information for display on the face of the radio, so a glance at the thermometer unit (which is readable, unlike the radio display) ... Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - tinny sound
Returned it right away upon hearing the sound quality. I wanted this product to replace my under-cabinet iLive that still works but has a broken feature, so I was able to compare the sound quality of the two players. The iLive won hands-down. The GE sounded tinny when playing all media.

Radio has alot of features, all seem to work fine. The AM radio is somewhat weak for a couple of stations I like. Overall I am happy with my purchase. I only installed 1 week ago, time will tell.
