Such a good offer, that I ordered the Oprah Magazine for my wife, but I'm finding a lot of good things that I want to read, too. I'm pleasantly surprised there is so much of such high quality in a "woman's" magazine.

I have scanned and read a few magazines and have never found them useful in my life in any way at all. The O magazine has brought to me a world of things to think about and ponder on no matter my opinion. I am disabled and do not get to hear much about what is going on in the world that is meaningful (the news is rarely meaningful it is very sad. I have friends who tease me because I subscribe to what they would call a middle-class housewives' magazine! First of all, nothing wrong with being a middle class housewife! Secondly, this magazine is so much better than the class of magazines they're assuming it belongs to. Oprah gets great writers--fiction writers, poets, thinkers, intellectuals, to write for her magazine.
