I have been using a similar product for a number of years.
It's lightweight, easily packed, and great for several upper body/arm
exercises. When my first "expander" broke, I tried all over the
internet to find an exact replacement. Now I'm glad I didn't. This
model is much better, lighter and can be set up for even more
strenuous exercises (5 bands). It arrived quickly and in excellent
condition.
Rating: - Great Chest Expander
I found this chest expander to be durable. It also gives a great workout. The tubing is held in place firmly with the clasps. I find mine safe to use and a great challenge when it comes to exercise time. The price for this quality isn't bad either.
