I am 54 years old, and I gave up running 2 years ago due to bad knees. I am now 15 pounds overweight. 3 months ago I purchased the body rev workout system due to positive reviews at other sites on the internet. This system utilizes a 4 segment workout; legs, abs, cardio and arms, 15 minutes each. The leg workout section contains lunges and squats, which I thought would be a problem with my knees, but I tried it anyway and I have been very surprised.
