Look at one in store before buying this junk. I made the mistake of buying this without seeing it fully setup. There are a lot of flaws that make not just these, but nearly all TKO stands unusable.
1) Adjustable height - even at highest setting, it's still not high enough--especially on heavy bags where the weight is concentrated at the bottom. You're basically limited to uppercuts, unless you want to punch while sitting down. Even taking off the chain links isn't adequate.

Bought one about a month ago and couldn't be happier with this choice for a combo bag training stand. The heavy bag end is awesome. The tubing is burley enough to support not only a 100lb. bag, but 220 lb. me at the same time and not flex one bit. The bag bottom tie-downs are in a good location, not too far forward or backward of the bag's top center. The speed bag end works well with a 10x7 on the supplied swivel, otherwise if you prefer smaller or bigger pick up a new swivel for smoother action. ... Read More
