Sirius Starmate 4 Replay with car kit is the latest in the popular line of Starmate receivers. It has a large wide-screed LCD display, and the unit itself is slim, making it easily portable. Displayed on the screen will be the artist name, song titles, and up to 5 lines of text. The Starmate 4 replays up to 44 minutes of content and can pause, rewind, and fast forward.

I really enjoy satellite radio and the Starmate worked fairly reliably for the first year. It would occasionally lose its connection with the satellite antenna and display the "not connected" alert. Over time, the connection became more and more intermittent to the point of being unusable. For $100, I guess I didn't expect it to wear out so fast.

I purchased this unit as a replacement for a Sportster 5 Sirius Satellite radio that recently ceased functioning.
This unit is smaller, more compact and in fact, more attractive than the Sportster 5.

The product arrived on time and brand new. The price was very good and it has operated very well as expected. I chose this specific model to match the docking in a few other cars so I was limited in what I wanted but I am very happy with it and it's performance.

After having my Sirius Starmate 2 for 2 years, I made the purchase of the Starmate 4 after I had the Starmate 2 stolen out of my car. The biggest improvement of the S4 was the docking station, which makes taking the receiver with you a snap, which was a drastic improvement over the Starmate 2, where you had to unplug/plug in the power and antenna cords, as well as fumble with locking/unlocking the receiver into place on its mounting bracket.
