Quitting smoking is a very difficult task. The withdrawal symptoms and even the loss of an enjoyable habit are enough to make any smoker go crazy. Now, I've tried to quit a handful of times before with no success. My roommate quit smoking and said the gum really helped. He had a handful of pieces left over and gave them to me.
