Rating: - Great All Purpose Rub
Ok, sure, if you're a barbecue purist you are going to make your own rub from scratch. But if you're lazy like me and looking for the easy but good way out, this is it. Haven't found a meat yet that this doesn't taste great on - chicken, pork, beef, cat - it's all good. Yes, I'm kidding about the cat.
This is a great all purpose rub, and will save you the time of making your own for almost anything you are going to barbecue.
