I'd recently asked some online friends in a food forum what they thought the best bottled barbecue sauce is. Four out of five of them mentioned
"Bone Suckin". I was NOT disappointed! It is not a thick gloppy sauce clogged up with corn syrup as most of the supermarket brands (Hunts, Kraft, etc) are. The flavor is complex. My wife bought this stuff when she was down in New Orleans recently and brought it home for my birthday dinner this last weekend. Now I rate this sauce "pretty good", but she and our family were mucho impressed. Nice and tangy without being too spicy. I'd recommend it. I'll order some more when I've got an order over $25 so I can save on the shipping.
