I have been taking this for over a month and it takes awhile to notice the effects, but I think you will be pleased! It made me hot at times and that was the only side effect I noticed! Should be a little cheaper, all things considered...

I take it in combination with No-Xplode and Syntha-6. And I feel strong. I am getting bigger, stronger, leaner. And it is good to stay lean in the muscle building phase it means you dont have too much maintaining to do in the cut-up phase. I have the phases because of the cycles BSN recommends and I love BSN because they give you what they said on the bottle. But to stay with the point.
