Lifting the pan when full is facilitated by the square handles on each end, riveted for strength. Clad in gleaming stainless steel, the pan is constructed with an inner core of aluminum across the bottom and up the sides for efficient, even cooking at low to medium temperatures. Whisks, spoons, and cleaning brushes all glide smoothly along the curved inner contour of the pot, and the flared rim facilitates pouring.
