They are small for single portions work well. I cook my eggs in one and my oatmeal in the other. Very versatile, up to your imagination. I love the non-stick part and Calphalon's quality by far is better than any other. You can't tell it's non-stick either. Rating: - A + It's not only a stir-fry pan, I am using it too for frying chicken without the oil and wow, it's very crunchy and juicy. Excellent choice for cooking small portion of foods.
