Terrific. I made scones for our church tea and they were great and this pan sure helped making the scones go fast!!! Now I wish I had bought two.

I bought this to use for scones when company came and discovered it is absolutely wonderful for corn bread too. Nothing sticks and it's so easy to clean.
Rating: - Best pan for muffins or scones
I bought this pan in the hopes of making great scones. But what's better is, not only are the scones perfect coming out of this pan (and they're a perfect size for 3 - 4 bites, not a whole scone or muffin!!) but I've made more muffin mixes and made them in this pan because the result is always perfect! Nice and browned on the bottom and sides, and wonderfully cooked through! I'm thrilled with this pan!! It's worth the little extra money!!!!

I have used this pan for scones, muffins, corncakes, banana bread, baking powder biscuits, brownies. Nonstick coating is great; I put the batter straight in without greasing. After baking, I just give the pan a horizontal jiggle, and then just turn the pan over the cooling rack because the baked goods pop right out! You get perfectly proportioned, professional looking results every time.

I bought this on a whim because it looked like it would make "cute" scones. Well, it makes cute scones and it also makes cute brownies, corn bread and other cute sweet treats. The brownies had to be "nudged" out, but they were still perfect. The corn muffins and scones popped right out. My only complaint is that the pan did not come with any recipes, so I always seemt to have a few empty compartments, and Nordic Ware's web site does not even showcase this pan, let alone provide a receipe.
