OK, OK, it is not a topic we like to discuss with strangers. But here it goes:
I bought this product after being bound up for a week. I started Weight Watchers and my system was not used to so many veggies at once. I tried Metamucil, totally did not work and made the situation worse! I was in Trader Joe's and thought $9.99, why not give SCC a try. I started with 3 capsules to see if it would work. Rating: - Worked Eventually!
I heard that products like these take a while to work, and it took about 3 weeks before I noticed any serious differences ^_^ But there's no way I can take away a star because of delay, because the product saved my bowels, and I'm feeling a lot more comfortable now than I did before I took it @_@;

Don't waste you money I would get lots of water and magnesium instead these just constipated me.

Like others said, 4 capsules 3 times a day seems way too much. I started with 2 in morning - 2 in evening, then increased that to 3 and now I'm just taking 4 at night and thats it. Its takes a few days to start seeing the effect. But it does work.

I LOVE this product. I tend to eat a fair amount of carbs - I'm of normal body weight but have a low metabolism. So, every night I take 4 or 5 of
these if I've had a lot of carbs that day, along with a glass of water or any beverage. The next day, I take another 4 or 5 capsules. DO NOT take 12 capsules per day, as suggested on the bottle.
