The practice begins with Yee, wife Donna Fone, and each of their three children leading impromptu sun salutations. The familiar tree, triangle, and side angle poses are mixed with challenging balancing poses like crane and headstands or fun family combinations with children balancing atop parents. This is as playful as you'll ever see Yee: he laughs while little Jo Jo crawls beneath the older ones' bridge poses and good-naturedly assists his youngsters, along with his wife. While advertised for children ages 3 and older, younger children and those with shorter attention spans will probably opt out after 15 minutes or so.
