I purchased this as a gift for a brother who is a retired chef. In his downsized home, he was missing a true griddle for his wonderful pancakes. The item arrived in about 3 days, and he used it to make pancakes the next morning with perfect results! I was not sure about buying this, because this is on the less expensive end of griddles but according to the family expert, it provides even heating and the non-stick surface is a real plus for family cooking. Rating: - Pancakes-a-Plenty This griddle is huge. Plenty big for my wife and I for breakfast. It doesn't burn easily and is very easy to clean.
