Customer Reviews Average Rating: Rating: - Great cooking This pan is perfect for one pan meals and sauteeing! Large capacity, heats evenly and readily, and is easy to clean. Rating: - favorite pan I adore this saute pan. Great size, long handle that doesn't get hot (though the support one on the other side does) with good capacity. Despite being stainless and NOT non-stick (which is much better from a culinary standpoint), it is very easy to clean! Haven't had to do any long soaking once yet. Rating: - NICE AND ROOMY LOTS OF ROOM TO COOK LOTS OF GOODIES AT ONCE. SEEMS TO HEAT UP FAIRLY QUICKLY. FAIRLY EASY TO CLEAN. Rating: - Fantastic I've been through many a skillet over the years, this one has become my favorite. It heats very evenly and quickly. While it looks great I was concerned about how to clean it, that's turned out to be a non issue if you follow the directions. Soak in hot water.. better than a non-stick pan. Rating: - my favorite pan! I cook EVERYTHING in this pan. It's definitely my favorite. From steak to chicken to veggies to pasta, this pan does a fantastic job. It is easy to clean AND carry because of the two handles. A must have! see more
