Read More Rating: - Holiday gift I recently purchased this roasting pan as a gift. I am happy with the solid construction (much heavier than I had anticipated) as well as the size. This is the first extra large roasting pan I was able to find that had handles (owning one without them, I know how important they can be!). The included rack is also a plus (and has handles as well making getting a large turkey out easier!) It a definite bargain given the quality of this pan.
