The previous reviewer of this program did an excellent job explaining the program "The Mystery Of Chi". Since I can't add much to it without being redundant I'll just add a short personal reflection.
I was just watching this program for probably the 5th time and it is a moving experience and wonderful opportunity to see the ancient healing arts as still practiced in modern China.
