Editorial Review:

Product Description:
n each episode of the classic 1960s British TV series, The Prisoner, Number 6 (Patrick McGoohan) tried to escape from the bizarre, hi-tech complex known only as the Village. If only he’d had access to this book! For here, smuggled at great risk from Number 2’s Green Dome, are the Top Secret Village plans, blueprints and files. Detailed schematics of Village buildings, devices, vehicles and equipment; cutaway illustrations; Rover attack vectors; hidden camera placements; personnel lists and details of interrogation techniques — it’s all here, along with a special file on the Village’s most prized prisoner: Number 6.

A brilliantly conceived, beautifully designed book that no Prisoner fan will be able to escape having, this is the ultimate companion to the ultimate cult tv series!

This isn't like one of those weird excuses for novels or the episode guides that come out every few years. I've seen the show, what am I going to do with another episode guide?

The Village Files is geared more to the Prisoner fan who goes for the sci-fi aspect. It's kind of a mix between one of those Star Trek guides with all the schematics and a employee handbook for Village warders-- complete diagrams of every building, cave, hidden camera, and car. It has some funny stuff you don't ... Read More
